Description
A feel good healthy and delicious breakfast meal made with 6 carefully selected organic ingredients consisting of about 70% protein,20% carbohydrates and 10% fiber. Very healthy and nutritious. We call it the feel-good breakfast meal because every bite gives you a good feeling.
HOW TO PREPARE
Scoop desired amount of Ford’s Tom Brown into saucepan (3 tablespoons of Tom Brown is to 1 cup of water), add cool water, mix thoroughly until there are no lumps,
add a pinch of salt, put your mix on fire on medium heat, constantly stir until Tom Brown thickens up, cover to simmer for about 5 minutes,
turn off fire, serve, add sugar, your choice of milk and enjoy.
